Shipping & Delivery Policy

How do you deliver my order?
All our shipments are delivered by UPS courier which are sent out every day at 4:00pm from our office, except Fridays.
Am I entitled to free delivery?
We offer free shipping within Saudi Arabia if purchases over than 1000 Saudi Riyals but if the amount is less that, Customer will pay 50 Saudi Riyals for express shipping. For other listed GCC countries, We offer free shipping if purchases over than 3000 Saudi Riyals except that we will charge 300 Saudi Riyals for shipping .
How can I pay for my product?
You pay using:
-Credit/Debit card at our Boutique.
-Cash On Delivery in only Riyadh city.
-Credit Cards (Visa & MasterCard) through our website.
How long does it take?
Delivery is approximately 3 to 5 working days. While delays may occasionally occur due to issues beyond our control, we will always try and keep you updated on the status. Some items need Specific duration as we mentioned on our website.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your shipment at www.ups.com using your tracking number or call UPS on 9200 02555 .Your shipment details will be sent in an email to you at the time of ordering; if you don’t receive these details, please email info@souldrops.co

Currently We deliver to Saudi Arabia,Kuwait, Bahrain, UAE, and Oman.

Return and exchange

Soul Drops offers the following rights of return:
Unwanted products may be returned for a refund or exchange if they are returned unused and in their original condition. Please note that the removal of security tags will be taken as evidence of use of a product by you and the product cannot be returned in these circumstances.
Returns must be made within 14 days with proof of purchase and are subject to exclusions and restrictions that are listed on: Terms and Conditions.
Refunds will be provided against the original form of tender.
